Exam Information for Loan Officer and Mortgage Brokers

• 75 computer generated multiple choice questions.

• 2 hour time limit for English Version

• 3 hour time limit for Spanish and ESL version

• Student will receive exam site information at our PREP class

Passing candidates submit the following to the Texas Savings and Loan Department

Mortgage Brokers - Total Fee: $434

($375 Application Fee, $20 Mortgage Broker Recovery Fund, and $39 to cover the cost of an FBI/DPS criminal history background check.)

Loan Officers - Total Fee: $234

($175 Application Fee, $20 Mortgage Broker Recovery Fund, and $39 to cover the cost of an FBI/DPS criminal history background check)
