LOAN
OFFICER INTERMEDIATE:
"FROM LEAD TO LOAN"
DESCRIPTION: In the LOAN OFFICER INTERMEDIATE– “from Lead to Loan” course students will learn about the overall loan flow. Through the use of the “LEAD FLOW PROCESS”, a creative memorization tool, the loan process will be simplified. In the first phase, students will learn how to thoroughly complete the borrower’s information form, how to pull and analyze the credit report, and how to identify the client’s debt to income ratio. During the second phase, special emphasis will be placed on the comprehensive completion of the Uniform Residential Loan Application (1003), how to price the loan with account executive, through the use of our “PRICING TOOL”, how to sell the loan to the client, the required RESPA disclosure documents, and the laws and regulations which require compliance; a must for all loan originators!
