PART 1 LOAN OFFICER PRE-LICENSING COURSE 30-HOUR:
ALSO AVAILABLE AS 30 HOUR REQUIREMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH 18 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE (Check with the Texas Dept of Savings and Mortgage Lending if you have any questions)

DESCRIPTION: Covers detailed information on ethics, federal laws & regulations  and an overview of state laws and general mortgage knowledge.

OUR GOAL: The goal of every course at Paradigm is to equip loan originators with the knowledge needed to provide high levels of customer service, compliance with consumer protection laws, state, and federal regulations and to close more loans.

Payment for class should be made as soon as possible to guarantee a seat in the class, if not paid 7 days in advance add $25 for late registration.

We offer a  comprehensive review/exam prep course as a courtesy to our experienced loan officers.
