DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this course is to provide an ethical and compliant framework for the loan originator or mortgage Broker. this course is a comprehensive look at compliance requirements, ethical behavior, and fraudulent conduct among all settlement service providers, Loan Officers and Mortgage Brokers. The curriculum for this class is structured around the Federal and texas State Consumer protection Statutes including the tmBla, ReSpa, eCoa and tila. also discussed are the texas department of Savings and mortgage lending and Regulations designed for the protection of mortgage consumers. this course satisfies the states 2 hour Ethics Requirement.
